Upon discussions and consultations with general dentistry, periodontics, prosthodontics, and endodontic professors, we have drawn a comprehensive treatment plan based off diagnosis of the problems at hand. Periodontitis, loss of tooth structure due to bruxism, fistula, and periapical abscess were the findings.
